Our Mission
AACCTTSS Foundation, Inc. is a Faith Tolerant
Civil and Human Rights Organization
(AACCTTSS has Ecclesiastical Status and Ordaining Authority)
The AACCTTSS Foundation, Inc. was founded in 1998 by Rev. Dr. Timothy Collins, ThD, JD, and is the only Faith-Based Civil Rights and Community Renewal Ecclesiastical Organization chartered in the Appalachian Mountains under the laws of the great Commonwealth of Virginia and Federally predetermined to be a 501(C)3 tax-exempt corporation by the Internal Revenue Service of the United States of America.
The AACCTTSS Foundation, Inc. has a mission to assist communities in rebirth by partnering with existing civic, business, and faith-based interests such as to realize the effective dream of inspiring the spirit toward individual and community development, growth, stimulus, recovery, revitalization, environmentally sustainable innovation, economic recovery, resource utilization, community building, and family renewal; as well as corporate, community, civic, and charitable development.
A significant benefit The AACCTTSS Foundation, Inc. offers to businesses and industry is the development of partnership programs that provide viable ways for profit-making organizations to gain the consequential benefits of public relations enhancements and substantial out-of-pocket savings, by acting as their agent for charitable asset transfer programs which incorporate intelligent tax strategies and assists benevolent and humanitarian minded corporations in their desire to create advantages for their organizations and endeavors through, project sponsorship, and charitable/endowment fund investing, lending, and borrowing opportunities.
Moreover, the AACCTTSS Foundation, Inc., partners with the broken and the needy of each community to use its wealth and influence to see that no individual drops through the unguarded gaps in our social fabric. Most significantly, we partner with a variety of Civic and Interfaith groups to enhance the advancement, enlightenment, and elevation of the human condition.
We hope to facilitate fresh initiatives, from the Interfaith community into partnerships working alongside existing civic and business interests that assist in the actualization of double benefits accruing to service groups in the form of long-term economic and municipal goals being manifested into cities and towns becoming viable nurturing environments with prosperous and sustainable economies. When we advance with the goal of "loving our neighbors as ourselves" we develop in long-term, sustainable ways.
We hope to aid communities in seeing that it is in their best interest to address and engage strategies that aim at alleviating social, family, and legal problems which have their source in the loss of personal values and human dignity which relevantly affect the practical experience of each individual as a financial, cultural, and civic contributor.

Transparency Disclosure: The DBA in our letterhead above came into being from our work assisting parties wishing to place assets in trusts and for managing our endowments. AACCTTSS's original designation was our undefined acronym AACCTTSS, but in the early years, we served the community as the Association for the Advancement of Christian Cultures through Theocentric Social Strategy. In 2010 the IRS acknowledged our status as ecclesiastical due to our spiritual and holistic approach to social change.
